If you’ve ever watched Prison Break, you’ll know that escaping from jail is not that difficult with an average of one breakout per season. Maybe that is exactly what spurred the rise of escape rooms over the last couple of years. As of 2018 Amsterdam counts at least 30 escape rooms, the largest number in the country.

We already covered Sherlocked’s breakin and Boom Chicago’s escape through time, and we have another one for you. But this particular one takes place in an actual former prison complex; the Bijlmerbajes, near the Amstel station.

Sadly, this time it’s not an experience-based review, as the entire escape room is in Dutch. But don’t let that hold you back, just find out for yourself.
