A monthly Monday mixtape from an Amsterdam-based DJ to kick-start your new week. Archive here.
Dutchmen Hans Peeman en Daniel Leseman, better known as Fouk, have been providing us with a vast amount of quality releases over the past couple of years. Their distinctive sound has been picked up widely by all the major jacking and deep house heads. Labels like HEIST, Local Talk, their own Outplay records and many others have seen the light of Fouk’s tracks.
This month’s Mixtape Monday therefore is no less that a tight, summer, Balearic and jazzy mixtape full of gems compiled by the two gentlemen.
Oh, and word is out that their much sought after 2014 “First Things First EP” on Outplay has just been repressed!
Their distinctive sound has been picked up widely by all the major jacking and deep house heads.
