15 years of sexy Appelsap

Dancing around the world with funky socks and bananas, has a fetish for doors and hands, thinks glitters make live for fun, dreams big and lives by the quote: playing it safe is dangerous.

Past editions blew the Oosterpark away with names like Pharoahe Monch, The Opposites and De Jeugd van Tegenwoordig. With 15 years of good music, I can say for sure: Appelsap is one of the BIG guys. Specialised in fresh hip-hop, R&B, soul and bass music, this festival is definitely a must-visit.

Appelsap 15 jaar

This year is their first time in the Flevopark. During the day you can entertain yourself by bouncing on Skepta and Mobb Deep, getting low with Sángo or flying high with my personal favorite, Cinnaman. And of course with Appelsap family member Adje. If you want to know more about the Appelsap family; because of their anniversary they made a special book including photographs with some cool people; Sigrid ten Napel, De Jeugd van Tegenwoordig, James Worthy and many more.
