ZeeZout equals amazing music and a nice vibe. What else do you need to start of the royal madness? Ah, Maceo Plex, one of my heroes. Because of the hype, ‘deep house’ is getting a somewhat negative connotation. Maceo Plex goes deep but also dark. Which I love. His Resident Advisor biography says he’s in a quest to fulfil his need to inject feeling and funk into the world. Come party this Friday and get injected! Come and support our local talent as well and dance to some tunes of Prunk, Detroit Swindle, and Raaf.

Friday: FORMAT WAREHOUSE – 4YRS: Jeff Mills

Jeff Mills is a legend and any chance I’d get I’d go and see him. Format will celebrate its fourth anniversary and has recently moved to the Warehouse Elementenstraat. Which was a smart move because the vibe is more raw compared to Club Air. Mister Mills will be accompanied by Juan Sanchez, Sandrien, Qindek, Sebastian Millaert aka Minilogue, Frank Haag and Ferro. Visuals will be taken care of by Heleen Blanken, who seems to be the VJ of every cool party in town, and Escapation. Enjoy your pre-King’s Day hangover!
