“WHAT is Brand!?” This question seems to arise more and more often as the demand for deeper bass-sounds soars. The more sensible thing to ask would actually be: “WHO is Brand!?”. Even though this question is, yet again, unanswerable since Brand! is partly machine. Still, as with all roots and routes, nothing comes from nowhere. Growing up as a kid in a designer family, Brand! realised at an early stage that he didn’t need to adapt to his environment. Instead, his environment could adapt to him. The result? Press play.
A lot of easter eggs found their way to my stomach while I was creating this mixtape. Techno, house. Raw, deep & diverse. Just how I like it. Enjoy!
