DGTL brings quality house music to Amsterdam in it’s rawest, purest form

After the succes of the ADE Deep House special Pleinvrees and STRAF_WERK will team up once again for DGTL, a new spring festival at Amsterdam’s rawest festival location the NDSM wharf. The concept of DGTL is, fittingly with the location, very stripped down: quality house music from different subniches, with no distracting bullshit. In the Easter weekend over 20 international house acts will be flown in as varied as Crosstown Rebels boss Damian Lazarus and Kompakt man DJ Koze.

Because I want to honour DGTL’s purist approach I’ve decided to tell you a bit more about this festival by letting the music talk. Here’s a small selection of sets by DGTL artists. Enjoy them and see you there!

Quite possibly Amsterdam’s favourite electronic act of the moment: Âme. The Innervisions duo keep coming back to Amsterdam on a regular basis and all their gigs leave unforgettable memories behind. I’m pretty sure this one won’t be different.

Oliver Koletzki – Pleinvrees resident, Stil vor Talent label boss and man behind hits such as Arrow and Bow and Hypnotized.

Label boss of the famous Crosstown Rebels label which has facilitated the rise to fame of DJs such as Art Department, Maceo Plex and Jamie Jones. And a respected DJ himself.

Organizer and programmer of the famous mini festival Nachtdigital in east Germany. Resident of Trouw and formerly of Source. One of my personal favourites.
