Cardboard Motel is the brainchild of Sebastiaan Smink, also known from his other projects Loops and Sminque. After starting in 2011, a very diverse career has unfolded: music for a Fashion Week show and a theatre production, original releases, and club and festivals gigs as a band, live electronic act and DJ are all on Cardboard Motel’s resumé. Sebastiaan calls Cardboard Motel a cross-genre project, which is described best as deep, melodious, intelligent and versatile. We have this set playing in our office right now, I suggest you do the same.
