Seven piece Welsh indie pop band Los Campesinos! bring new album to Amsterdam

One of the few songs that managed to get stuck on repeat on my sound system is the hypnotizing Letters From Me To Charlotte (RSVP) from Los Campesinos!’s 2009 album Romance is Boring. It probably won’t be played at their upcoming Paradiso gig sadly; its an obscure b-side, and they already have a new album out (Hello Sadness). Not that this means I won’t go though. They have plenty of good material and just maybe, they will play my personal favourite anyway!

Hello Sadness

Their new album Hello Sadness was released last November and includes 10 new tracks. Big US, UK and Japan tours have already been announced, and they also made their US TV debut on David Letterman’s show. Even though they are not as known in continental Europe (yet), they luckily haven’t forgotten about us. I would seriously advice you to go check out this band!
