Hi my name is Fione. I have always lived in suburbs and this is what I write about. I don't like mancaves that don't allow women, unneeded advice and people jumping the queue. I like photography, the smell of sweets and the sun. I was away for some while, but I'm back writing and photographing, bringing you articles about new to discover spots.

It was a hot night at AIR last Saturday. Sweat was dripping from the ceiling and mirrors were misting. Someone even joked about the lack of air; a funny allusion to the name of the club. Pleinvrees is something to keep in mind for me, because the great musical contributions of Arjuna Schiks, Joris Delacroix, David August and many others made the heat very tolerable.

The crowd went crazy on the dance floor, and with a mixture of overdressed Valtifest visitors and normal party people it was a colourful and distinct party. With a very nice vibe, if you ask me. I was happy to put my camera away and party on with the rest after taking these shots. At five o’clock I was surprised it was already over, and I was not so kindly requested to… fuck off.
