Off Centre festival reveals more names out of its very progressive programme

I already mentioned the very progressive Off Centre festival’s first names for 2011’s programme recently, and today I can add to that article with some more names. A quick glance over today’s new artists reveals The Gaslamp Killer and Sandwell District as my personal two favourite additions, but organizer Jorn promises me there is much, much more to come.
