Jamie XX and Nathan Fake amongst first names of Off Centre Festival

Off Centre festival already leaked two names out of this years line-up during the last few days, but today I can break some news and reveal a bigger chunk: Jamie XX, Nathan Fake, Sandwell District, Africa Hitech and Hyetal. The Melkweg’s festival, with its second edition coming up, attempts to bring groundbreaking and border-crossing electronica to Amsterdam, while mixing old and new names. With Jamie XX they already have one of the ‘hot’ artists of 2011.

Last year featured illustrious names such as Gui Boratto and James Holden, but also brought the then still unknown Gold Panda, Lone and Mount Kimbie to town. Keep your eyes open for more, as I’m sure they will deliver again!
