During Hannekes Kroon Sabrina and I had the honour to marry couples for 24 hours. In a romantic setting alongside the IJ we married couples and groups (liberal as we are). Marriage officiant Sabrina gave everyone a slightly tipsy speech: ‘Do you promise him to put the cap back on the toothpaste tonight? Do you promise her to take out the trash tonight? In sickness and in health?’ William and Kate, move over! 24 hours wedding is the real deal. Short, but passion guaranteed.

Welcome to Hannekes Kroon, a Queen’s Day extravaganza!
Because we would be crazy to stop at just writing about music, fashion, art, spots & events, and because experiencing all these in an Amsterdam based setting and ensemble is what we enjoy most, we present you: Hannekes Kroon! Our second big event after the Next Monday’s Hangover rave is a Queen’s Day collaboration with local rave organizers Plak and will be one not to miss.
