About the author
A dreamer and hopeless romantic, in love with words and fashion. Want to know more or share something? Email me at anna@overdose.am!

If you’re a frequent reader, you probably know that Overdose.am is all about bringing you the latest scoops on anything cool and worth knowing about. And although I normally don’t inform you on all the ways you can empty your wallet by buying the most recent fashion, this opportunity was too good to pass up.

You may remember Roos, the designer of Roparosa, from the last season of the Dutch show Project Catwalk. And last month Tamar already informed you about their latest collection; gushing about the wearable yet fashionable pieces that the show beheld. Usually, us normal folks have to leave our desires at the door the minute a fashion show ends. I mean after all, not many of us have the luxury of buying the extravagant pieces that are often showed during fashion week. However this time my friends, the tide is about to turn.

Start Buying

My lovely friend Lizzy informed me that this weekend, the winter collection that was shown during Amsterdam International Fashion Week, will be sold during a pre-sale at the Roparosa studio in Amsterdam. The collection is called “Come as you Are” and can be seen here. The way it works is really simple: you pay the required amount in advance and wait a little longer than usual for the goodies to arrive. In exchange for the wait, you can buy the pieces for half price and you will receive the collection before it even hangs in the stores! In addition, you will contribute to a young, independent designer continuing her collection.

The pre-sale prices are between €20 and €200, so whether your wallet is still full or on the empty side, you can get something in both scenarios. I will be present for sure, so hope to see you there!
