Rob is 28 (but needs his beard to actually look like it), loves music, adventures and spontaneous people. His scribblings are about these things too, so if you share his interests, stay tuned!

I love it when creative people are fascinatingly weird. While hiding from the snow today I found Gabriel Lester in De Verdieping‘s programme. This Amsterdam born, half Belgian, half American visual artist/film maker/musician is the guest speaker of next Wednesday’s Beamclub, where he will present a collection of videos that have inspired him and his work. Just have a look at the examples of Gabriel’s work that I have attached to this article to see why this could become quite interesting!

The Rijksakademie Beamclub is a monthly night where former resident Sarah van Sonsbeeck invites artists who she’s met via this renowned international arts institute and asks them to present videos that truly inspire them and their work.
