I'm Tamar, 24, in love with photography and all other things that inspire me! Any inspiring tips? Email me at: tamar@overdose.am !

As a kid I LOVED playing Memory, the game where you have to flip and find matching cards. Remember that? I haven’t played memory in a very, very long time, but that’s about to change! Streetlab Amsterdam is combining my old love (memory game) with my new love (photography) and is organizing a ‘Streetstyle Memory Game’.

Flemish photographer Barbara Iweins browsed the streets of Amsterdam for fascinating streetstyle, and took separate pictures of people’s heads and legs. Barbara managed to capture that ‘intangible something’ which makes up such an important part of a person’s expression in her pictures. These pictures alone would make up a nice exhibition, but to make it even better, during the Streetstyle Memory Game, we are all invited to match the heads to the rest of the bodies of the photographed people. A slightly more difficult and updated version of the old-skool memory game! The game/exhibition will be accompanied, of course, by drinks and music.

This funky initiative will take place on September 3rd at the Streetlab Projectspace (Meneer de Wit), Postjesweg 2 from 8p.m. until 12p.m.

Will I beat you at memory? Or have my memory game skills faded away over the years? Challenge me there!
