Berlin is a city I love, partly because it’s so similar to Amsterdam. It’s a city filled with free-minded creative young people, interested in music, art and parties. Young people with the energy to work all day and party all night. One of the activities on my to-do list when I visit Berlin is of course Bar 25, one of the most infamous after-clubs in Berlin. In addition to being a bar, Bar 25 has an amphitheatre, budget bungalows, a restaurant, a garden and a club with awesome minimal parties. So after a loooong night, day, and then another night of crazy partying in Berlin, I rest my tired feet in the river Spree’s waters and soak up some of the first sun rays of the day at Bar 25.
As soon as I heard that Bar 27, an Amsterdam based young and creative collective, is organizing a shared event with Bar 25, I knew I had to be there and share this with you. The people from Bar 27 are making their wildest dreams come true at this event, and hopefully ours too! Where two cultures connect, where Berlin meets Amsterdam, where 25 and 27 add up: “Bar 25 meets Amsterdam”.
I am hoping for some good weather as this event will take place at an awesome outdoor location by the water, including some great Sunday vibes brought to us by Bar 25′s and 27′s resident DJ’s to make our bodies shiver and dance. The party will kick off at noon on Sunday the 29th of August and will continue as long as our own energy lasts. Come experience this combination of the party cultures of Berlin and Amsterdam too and dance the day and night away. You’ll find me there from 12.00 a.m. onwards, until my feet can no longer take it. Will I see you there?
