Los Angeles based indie rock band Local Natives is playing the Melkweg’s intimate old room tonight and it is still possible to grab a last minute ticket. Their sound has been described as “afropop-influenced guitars with hyperactive drumming and hooky three-part harmonies” and their debut album Gorilla Manor is one of my currently most played albums.
